Darren Head has 18 successful years of experience in biological, device and drug manufacturing operations, most recently leading Immucor Inc. While at Immucor he served as Vice President of Worldwide Operations as he directed commercial activities for all global operations. He previously headed Aronex Pharmaceuticals manufacturing and clinical supply operations in late Phase 3 programs. He was instrumental in preparing CMC sections for two NDA submissions. Prior to joining Aronex, Darren was Senior Director of Operations for Allergan Inc. He also proudly served in the United States Air Force. He holds a BS in Biology and completed most class work for a MBA from Texas A&M.

Molly McGlaughlin has 18 years of successful experience in Business Development and Sales and Marketing.  In her tenure at Cytovance she has been responsible for the rapid growth and market brand recognition resulting in her recent promotion to head up global Business Development efforts for the company.  Prior to joining Cytovance Molly  led Avecia Biotechnology Mammalian Cell Culture division and commercial activities for their synthetic DNA/siRNA , Peptide, and Microbial based products working on 30 plus customer programs. She previously headed Patheon’s expansion into the North American prescription market as a Senior Business Development Manager. Prior to joining Patheon Molly was a Senior Technical Representative and Director of Sales Training at Mallinckrodt Baker Inc.(now Tyco Healthcare). She is a highly decorated Operation Iraqi Freedom Veteran with extensive leadership experience. She holds a BS in Biology and MeD in Adult Education and Organizational Performance and is currently completing her Doctoral Dissertation in Organizational Leadership concentrating on leading post M&A activities in the Biotechnology sector.

PhotographDebra Greiner-Powell, Vice President Quality Systems
Ms. Greiner-Powell has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry. She leads the team that has developed and oversees the entire Quality function for GMP manufacturing at Cytovance Biologics. Prior to Cytovance, she was Manager of Quality Control at Genzyme Corporation, where she established the QC function for GMP manufacturing in the company’s Oklahoma City facility. Previously she served as Pharmaceutical Operations Management Advisor for Yamanouchi Pharma Technologies. Over a period of 10 years at Yamanouchi, she served in QC roles and managed teams involved in all aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing for commercial OTC and prescription drug products. Prior to Yamanouchi, she was an ASCP registered Medical Technologist in several hospitals and laboratories in the Oklahoma City area. Ms. Greiner-Powell holds a B.S. in Microbiology from Oklahoma State University.

PhotographJohn Conner, Vice President Operations
John Conner has over 30 years of experience in research, process development and manufacturing of complex biotherapeutics.  Before joining Cytovance, Mr. Conner directed Manufacturing Technical Support, Manufacturing and Process /Analytical Method development at CancerVax where he characterized, developed and managed process development, scale up and manufacturing of many different complex cancer immunotherapeutics. John was also involved in the design and build out of several GMP manufacturing facilities at CancerVax.  Previous to CancerVax, he held similar positions at John Wayne Cancer Institute (JWCI).  Prior to JWCI, Mr. Conner worked at GTL-Novartis (Novartis’ West Coast Gene Therapy research and production unit)  As the Process Development and Production Manager, Mr. Conner managed the development of viral and non-viral vectors, developed scale-up processes and manufactured retroviral vectors. John attended Texas Tech University and holds a B.S. degree in Microbiology and completed his M.S. Graduate Studies in Biological Sciences from the University of Texas at El Paso.

Jeffrey Su, PhD, Vice President Process & Analytical Development
Jeffrey Su, Ph.D, has more than 17 years experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry. He has extensive experience in R & D, Process development, cGMP manufacturing, Analytical development and Quality systems as well as Regulatory affairs. Before joining Cytovance, he was the VP of Operation and Product Development at Femta Pharmaceuticals. Prior to his tenure at Femta he served as the Deputy Director and Platform leader for formulation at Sanofi Pasteur.  In advance of Sanofi Pasteur, Jeffrey was the Senior Director for Manufacturing and Control at CancerVax Inc.  Jeffrey also worked for Dow Chemical, Tanox Inc., Pharming Healthcare Inc., Medarex, Human Genome Sciences and Roche with increasing responsibilities. Jeffrey has 25 articles in peer-reviewed journals and 16 granted patents and applications.  Jeffrey holds a BS in Chemistry as well as an MS in Organic Chemistry from Nankai University and a PhD in BioChemistry from Carleton University.

Jim Kalk, Vice President Engineering
Jim Kalk has over thirty years of experience, focused on the development and production of recombinant-derived biopharmaceuticals for clinical and commercial use.  He brings direct experience in all phases of product commercialization.  Prior to joining Cytovance, Jim held the positions of Director, Plant Engineering at AMGEN, Sr. Director, Manufacturing Operations Logistics and Director of Manufacturing at Human Genome Sciences, Director of Manufacturing and Director of Capital Projects at Covance Biotechnology Services (now Diosynth Biotechnology), Director of Biotechnology and Engineering Design Manager at Fluor Daniel and Manager, Process Engineering at Genex..  Jim received a BA, Natural Sciences at John Hopkins University and a BS, Chemical Engineering and completed master’s studies in biochemistry at California State University, Long Beach.

Bill Dull, Vice President Sales & Business Development North America
Bill Dull has over twenty years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry.  Most recently he was the East Coast Sales & Business Development Manager at Cytovance in advance of the promotion to Vice President of Sales & Business Development North America.  Before his tenure at Cytovance he was Director of Marketing for ARCA BioPharma, a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing a new paradigm in genetically targeted therapies for cardiovascular diseases.  Prior to ARCA, Mr. Dull was National Sales Director for Medicure Pharma where he was the primary architect for the sales and marketing pre-launch and launch for a novel cardio-protective agent.  Bill also held similar positions with Scios, Inc. a division of Johnson and Johnson, Transkaryotic Therapies, Inc & Bio-Technology General Corp.  His plethora of sales and marketing experience is exceptional, early in his career he accumulated experience working for Genetech, Inc & Marion Laboratories.  He holds a BBA in Marketing from Georgia State University.
